CJ Studio Design Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, business interruption, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability in connection with any project or engagement shall not exceed the value of fees paid by the client for that specific project.

Payment terms are defined within individual project agreements and written proposals. Where no specific terms are agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of the date of issue.
